The objective of the project was to reduce the total lighting costs - investment, maintenance and consumption - to 50% over a 10-year period compared to the existing situation.
The dimmable luminaires installed in all offices and corridors are controlled by sensors that reduce light output according to natural light, turning it off with presence control.
